About my photography...

I picked up a camera shortly after my son was born and have been having a blast ever since. I love to read so my work is heavily influenced by fairy tales, storybooks, and children's imagination. My style is often described as bold, colorful, cozy, and dreamy. I love the magical glow and tones of a beautiful Tennessee sunset, the vibrant colors of flowers and nature with the different seasons here, and using a variety of clothing textures and small props to achieve a cohesive, dream-like, storytelling charm in my photos.

During my sessions I like to let children be themselves and interact with the world around them. My sessions are designed to be fun for the family so that the photos captured are beautifully authentic. Children photography is my specialty and I love working with all kinds of personalities from the wild ones to the shy ones. Children are absolutely magical to me!
